 DELIVERY

 

 orders received by 4.00pm Monday to Friday will be delivered as follows: -

Standard (INDIA) – 3 to 5 working day delivery using Speedpost service (Indiapost) Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days of ordering.

Express (INDIA) - Next working day delivery using GATI COURIERS or DTDC /BLUEDART. Delivery will normally be made by 6 pm the following working day.

Standard for OVERSEAS - Delivery normally within 10 to 14 working days via REGISTERED POST (INDIAPOST) or one of it’s working partners - normally the postal service in the country of destination.

Express  for the rest of the world  - Delivery within 5 - 7 working days using SPEEDPOST/EMS (INDIAPOST)or one of it’s working partners - normally the postal service in the country of destination.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday,  Public Holiday or later than 4.00pm on weekdays, will be processed for dispatch the following working day using the appropriate service as above.


The stock shown on our website is in real-time and we always aim to deliver from stock. In the unlikely event that there will be a delay we will always do our best to give you an accurate estimated delivery date for your order.

 

Gift Wrapping

We are delighted to send any item as a gift anywhere in the world. Each item will be wrapped in tissue paper and presented within a gift box, with your message included at very nominal cost of usd 1. Simply let us know your message and we will hand write it onto a gift card.

RETURNS

We want to make it as simple as possible to return your item if you are not satisfied and we would ask that you read the instructions below to ensure your refund or exchange is processed as quickly as possible.

  1. Requests to return an item must be made within 7 days of receipt by e-mailing returns@onlineindianshop.com to request a Returns Authorisation Number (R.A.N.) and the item should be received by us within 14 days of receipt. Please state your order number on this email and the subject as: 'Returns Request'

  1. We will respond by e-mail with your R.A.N. and, although we aim to respond to requests for returns on the same day, we do ask that you allow up to one working day for your R.A.N. to be sent.

  2. Items should be returned new, unused, undamaged and with all the original garment tags attached .

  3. Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product and definitely without scratched, scuffed or dirty soles as we would then not be able to refund or exchange them.

  4. Items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit but any requests to return a product after 7 days of receipt of the order or without all tags attached are discretionary and a Returns Authorisation Number may not be issued.

  5. Certain items are not returnable for hygiene reasons and this is clearly shown in the item description. If you are unsure, please check the item description before contacting us for your Returns Authorisation Number.

  6. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure any items sent back to us are suitably packaged to protect them in

If you wish to exchange your item, we would recommend notifying us of this when requesting your R.A.N. as we will endeavour to allocate the necessary stock for you to avoid disappointment. However, as the items we stock can sell very quickly, it is always preferable to order the item you would like online in which case we will provide a full refund for your original order including the original postage costs.

When your returned item(s) arrive with us, we will e-mail you to confirm they have arrived safely and they will then be quality checked. The process of receiving and checking the items will be completed within 48 working hours and if you have not received any further communication from us within this period, you may assume that your refund has been processed successfully. If, for any reason, there was a problem with your refund, we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your return to try and rectify any problem that may have occurred.

Refunds will only be made via the original payment method and will take into account any discounts or special offers you may have received when placing your order.

Outbound postage costs will not be included in your refund unless by prior agreement . For orders made outside of the India, customs duties and taxes paid locally during import cannot be refunded.

Original Condition - items must always be returned to us in original condition. We are unable to accept a return where there is evidence that the above or following instructions have not been followed: -

Clothing: - When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a mark or scent.
Jewellery: - Store the item in a non-abrasive box or pouch to avoid scratches, always handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary pressure. Avoid contact with perfume, hairsprays, deodorant or water.
Footwear: - Footwear will only be accepted back if returned in its original, undamaged and unmarked box. There must be no signs of wear particularly on the soles.
